The Training Manual specifies how training needs are assessed and the training is accomplished. Defines areas of study as Initial, Recurrent, Specialized, and Remedial. Provides the forms to document the assessment and training of employees.

The training courses include those offered separately plus Safety, FAA Regulations, and Repair Station training customized to your business. We use the information you provide (OP Specs, Safety Policy, Quality Manual, indoctrination training, etc.) to write courses specific to the needs of your Repair Station.
